How do I update the Navi software on a Start 20?

    Hi out there,

    Today received an email from TomTom saying that my device must be updated to the newest software version (25.100.0001.311) by the end of this month. I´ve followed all the suggested videos and useles support suggestions and nowhere do I find clear instructions on either:

    1) how to find my current software version

    2) how to update my device software to the newest version

    Is there amy one out there who can help me?

    All the maps, radar warnings etc. are up to date.

    I think there is currently no update availabe for the Start 20.
